Prior to joining Meadowbank in 2006, he worked as a Wealth Management Consultant at a major chartered bank and as a Partner with Caprion Consulting International Inc., a vertically integrated financial services consulting firm with global reach.<\/p>\n
In addition to managing the Meridius Separately Managed Accounts, Rawn is actively involved in M&A and capital market activities in a range of sectors, among them technology, health services, mining, real estate, cannabis and manufacturing.<\/p>\n
Previously, he was Portfolio Manager for the publicly traded, Legg Mason BW Investment Grade Focus Fund (BWI.UN: TSX), which was sub-advised by Philadelphia-based Brandywine Global Investment Management, and Chief Financial Officer of Meadowbank Capital Inc., a subsidiary of Meadowbank Asset Management Inc. He was also Portfolio Manager for Global View Separately Managed Portfolios, which was sub-advised by Wisconsin-based, Global View Capital Management, LTD.<\/p>\n
